The trails at Watson Mill Bridge State Park are rated easy. But that doesn’t mean they’re not enjoyable. On the Watson Mill Bridge State Park Loop there are little signs with information about the plant and animal life in the area as well as some info on wildfires. There are benches along the trail for people to sit and admire this dense pine forest.
When we started out it was about 40 degrees and was in the mid-40s by the time we were done. On a beautiful sunny fall day there was no need for a jacket. We hiked two trails, the State Park Loop and Watson Mill Ridge Loop. Godfrey got some swimming in and we took some nice pics by the bridge.
